HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGER
THE COMPANY
Our client is a Global Human Resource Consulting Firm with more than 35 years’ experience in leadership and hiring including, leadership and employee development and succession management.
They excel in design and delivery of learning and development strategies, performance management systems, selection and assessment implementation and senior-level management support sessions.
Their global resources assist to implement talent initiatives effectively and consistently worldwide balanced with an understanding of local cultural and business practices. With 75 offices in 26 countries, our Client are able to provide spokespeople who can comment on human resource and workforce topics such as executive coaching, leadership development, and the use of testing and assessment in hiring.
LOCATION : Singapore
ROLE
Recruitment:
- Publish company recruiting advertisements through Internet, newspaper or any other media
- Screen profile of applications, and builds up database of talents for the company. Keeps long-term relationship with the potential candidates.
- Assist in preparation and administration of recruitment (include interviewing candidates).
Training and Orientation:
- Conduct orientation for new hires.
- Assist in performing training and development services
Process and policies:
- Oversee the entire process of hiring, making sure the process is adhered to.
- Coordinate with HR Executive or Star Points at various locations to support HR process and policies.
- Develop and administer HR policies associated with staffing
- Supervise on-board and exit process, new employee orientation and HR agent administration
Employee Relations:
- Be actively engaged in employee relations, especially in investigating and resolving possible violations of company policies or local laws.
- Discuss with employee regarding their views on employee related issue
- To ensure that staff welfares/benefits are aligned with national standard.
Human Resource:
- Ensures all staffing programs are in compliance with labor law
- Handle all types of insurance (PA, TL, H&S and etc) for all employees of the company
- Conduct Job analyses, develop job description and assist locations with recruiting processes as needed.
- Prepare and deliver employee communication material, such as announcement
- Conduct exit interview and analyze the interview result
EXPERIENCE, EDUCATION & QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management; business related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years HR related working experience
- Good in communication, especially listening
- Active team player.
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Computer proficient
- Quick learner
- Assertiveness, good judgment and can work under pressure / across boundary
- Capability of measurement and evaluation, adaptable to change.
