Beatrice Chew-Yeoh, founder of BCY Resources, has more than 18 years of experience in the Search Industry. Prior to founding BCY Resources in April 2002, she served as the Associate Director of Heidrick & Struggles (Singapore), where she specialized in senior-level cross-border recruitment across all industries. She was a member of the International IT Practice and was the most senior IT Researcher in Asia Pacific. Beatrice launched the Singapore office of Heidrick & Struggles, together with Kyung Yoon, who is currently the Vice Chairman of Heidrick & Struggles, in 1996.

Prior to Heidrick & Struggles, Beatrice served as the Director of Research with The Consulting Partnership, specializing in recruitment for the Banking and Finance Industry throughout the Asia Pacific region. Previously, she spent ten and a half years with Russell Reynolds Associates Inc. in Singapore as its sole Generalist Researcher.

Beatrice has worked on senior assignments in the Technology, Banking and Finance, Consumer, Healthcare, Hospitality, Professional and Retail industries in the South East Asian region.

Prior to joining the Search Industry, Beatrice worked with Touche Ross International Asia Pacific Regional Office in Singapore, Hanafiah Raslan & Mohamad (Chartered Accountants, Malaysia), Johnson & Johnson and Malayan Banking Berhad in Kuala Lumpur.

Singaporean by marriage and Chinese-Malaysian by birth, Beatrice is fluent in English and Malay, and conversant in Cantonese, Hokkien, Teochew and Mandarin.
